The seminars will cover:
- 12 PM – Vacuum Sealing: Keeping it Fresh Longer
- 1 PM – Processing Your Harvest: Field-to-Fork basics
- 2 PM – Grinders, Slicers, and Dehydrators: Tips on tools, seasonings and more
Sean Callanan was the 2009 IBO Traditional World Champion. He is a two-time IBO Northeast Championship winner and a two-time NH Triple Crown winner.
Seminar attendees will have the chance to win various giveaway items.
