AC/DC return to the road in the United States for the first time in nine years on the 2025 Power Up North American Tour!

Much to the delight of millions of fans across North America, the legendary GRAMMY® Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame®-inducted band will perform in 13 stadiums coast-to-coast next spring. This run kicks off on April 10, 2025, in Minneapolis, MN at US Bank Stadium, canvases the continent, and concludes on May 28, 2025, in Cleveland, OH at Huntington Bank Stadium. Along the way, they will play some of the most iconic and historic stadiums in the world, including the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on April 18 and Soldier Field in Chicago, IL on May 24.

The tour shares its name with their 2020 album, POWER UP, which bowed at #1 in 21 countries. Gillette Stadium is excited to welcome the lacrosse community back to the Boston region for the 2025 NCAA Men’s and Division I Women’s Lacrosse Championships. Gillette Stadium has had the honor of hosting the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2017 and 2018 as well as the 2017 Division I Women’s Lacrosse Championship.

On October 2, 2024, the NCAA announced that the 2028 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships will be played at Gillette Stadium. The Division I, II and III men’s lacrosse champions will all be crowned at the home of the New England Patriots and Revolution during a Memorial Day Weekend full of lacrosse action on May 27-29, 2028.

The actual schedule has not yet been determined and will be announced at a later date. However, the NCAA lacrosse championships schedule typically takes place as follows:

George Strait continues to prove why he’s been dubbed the King of Country, setting a record for the largest single ticketed concert in U.S. History and a new record for Texas A&M Kyle Field for a single event with 110,905 fans in attendance for George Strait: The King at Kyle Field. The record-breaking performance was one of only 10 live shows from Strait last year including a supersized stop at Allegiant Stadium for his 37 Strait to Vegas show.

The country music icon along with eleven-time GRAMMY winner Chris Stapleton will continue the excitement with five shows in 2025, including a stop at Gillette Stadium on June 21. Joining Strait and Stapleton for this run of one-off stadium dates will be special guest Parker McCollum for the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Foxborough dates.

Following the landing of their highly-anticipated 10th studio album, Moon Music, this past Friday, Coldplay continues to push boundaries on their record-breaking Music Of The Spheres World Tour with the addition of 10 North American shows set to hit cities in May, June, and July 2025. The dates announced will see the band bring its acclaimed live experience to fans in new cities, continuing to make good on their efforts to reach every corner of the globe.

On their upcoming summer tour, Coldplay will make their debut stadium performances in Stanford, El Paso, Denver, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Madison. The Madison concert will mark the first music event announced at Wisconsin’s Camp Randall Stadium in 28 years. Additionally, Coldplay will be one of the first acts to perform at Toronto’s newest venue, Rogers Stadium, a seasonal outdoor concert venue that will open at YZD (formerly  Downsview Airport Lands) in 2025.

Coldplay have also confirmed they will make a limited number of Infinity Tickets available for the shows at 12pm local time on Friday, November 22. Infinity Tickets are released for every Coldplay show to make the Music Of The Spheres World Tour accessible to fans for an affordable price. They will cost $20 USD/20 CAD per ticket. They are restricted to a maximum of two tickets per purchaser, and must be bought in pairs (which will be located next to each other). Locations will be revealed when fans pick up their tickets in person at the box office on the day of the show and can be throughout the venue from the floor to the upper levels, side view seats and everywhere in between.

Since kicking off in March 2022, the Music Of The Spheres World Tour has sold over 10 million tickets across Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, making it the all-time highest attended tour by a group. Coldplay’s new album, Moon Music, notably set new standards for sustainability, with each LP made from 100% recycled plastic bottles (nine per record). Chris Martin posted a video offering some insight into the album and its accompanying Notebook Edition, saying: “I think what this album is about is a response to struggling with all the conflict within oneself, within myself, and also all the conflict outside, and working out what the best response is. The band recently issued an update on their sustainability initiatives, revealing that, on a show-by-show comparison, the current tour has so far produced 59% less CO2e emissions than their previous stadium tour in 2016/17, exceeding their original target of a 50% reduction. More than 9 million trees have already been planted around the world (with a further million to be planted before the end of the year).
